This is my 2nd purchase experience with Remarkebly and the quality is stunning. However, I ordered as a Christmas present for my son and received only 3 of 4 ordered. I followed all the claim process with UPS and no resolution to date from Remarkebly or UPS (in fact they closed my claim with no comm). Needless to say, because ALL portraits need to be presented to my son at once, I will not make Christmas with these. Frustrated and unhappy.

We wanted a painting of our now 3 year old Sheepadoodle Kapono. His name means the good one in Hawaiian, the painting should be called the Great One of the good one!
