Custom pet portrait creation
Once we receive your pet photo and order, we'll begin to create a custom pet portrait in the art style you ordered. Our artists will create something truly beautiful that you'll be proud to hang on your wall. Each custom pet portrait is unique and custom made for each customer.
You approve it, then we print it
Within 2-5 business days from receiving your order, we'll send you a digital preview of your custom pet portrait, also called a proof. We'll need you to approve the proof before we print and ship it.

Quality check and we ship it
Once you've approved the proof, we'll get it printed on museum-quality enhanced matte photo paper or canvas and verify the print quality. Lastly, once it passes our quality verification, we carefully package it in bubble-wrap protected box and ship it to you.
