These prints were a gift for my sister who is chronically ill. She lost her 16 year old schnoodle, Heidi, and was devastated. Heidi was solid black and I was concerned that details of her face would not be clear. I was wrong. They captured her face perfectly. My sister cried with joy when she saw the final result. The order and approval process went very smoothly and my contact persone was both helpful and responsive. The finished prints turned out even better than I hoped and my family members that I gave them to loved them.
Since the whole process went so well, I was very surprised at the complete lack of a response to my follow up emails asking for the best way to store and eventually unroll the prints. I received them over a month before they would be given as Christmas gifts. I sent more than 5 emails to various addresses and never received a single reply—not even to say they couldn't help me. I'm still perplexed and disappointed at the lack of any response, especially since the initial process was so positve...
