I'm really happy with the results. That said, when I bought it I had the impression it would be a hand-made watercolor, but after I read the details it sounds like they take the digital photo you provide, run it through a watercolor filter, touch up the edges by hand. Which is ok, but it's not the original watercolor painting I expected from the original descriptions.

I ordered a painting of my laye Boston Terrier. I sent a picture that didnt show her entire ear. After they sent the first proof to me I asked if I they could redo her ear. I sent a new picture and they quickly modified it . They sent me another proof but I wanted the ear a little more emphasized. They jad no problem correcting it to what i wanted.They were extremely polite and asked me if there was anything else I wanted changed. It was my fault to begin with. They were very gracious and told me no problem------we want you to be completely satisfied. They were great and the portrait looks beautiful on my wall. After my Shady passed I started getting a ton of ads on social media for memorial things. Remarkably was the only one that stood out.
