When I received my portrait, the frame was broken. I sent Remarkably an email that same day. I almost immediate received a response back indicating that they would replace not just the frame, but the entire picture free of charge. I also wasn’t happy with the size I had selected as it was too big. Remarkably not only had no issue with sending me a smaller framed print, but refunded me the difference in cost. There are a lot of companies out there who could take a lesion from Remarkably. Hands down the best customer service ever!
